How Claiming Works

  1. Find your page. Search your name, shop or Instagram handle. Not listed? Create a profile.
  2. Make an account with your email.
  3. Prove it's you with one of these:
    • Instagram code: put a short code in your Instagram bio. We check it and you can remove it after. Free.
    • Text to your shop: we text a code to the shop phone number on your listing. Ask the front desk for it.
    • Email to your shop or your site: we email a code to the business email published for your shop or your own website.
    • ID check: a quick photo ID and selfie check through Stripe Identity. We see only whether it passed and the name on the ID.
  4. Pick your @handle and build your page.

If two people claim the same page, we freeze it and ask both for an ID check.
