DMCA and Copyright Policy

InkFinder Pro respects the rights of artists. Artists upload only work they made. If you believe an image on this site copies your work, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Send a takedown notice

Use the DMCA notice form, or send a written notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The work you say was copied.
3. The link to the image on this site.
4. Your name, address, phone and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We remove the image promptly and tell the artist who posted it. The artist may send a counter-notice from their dashboard. If they do, we forward it to you and restore the image in 10 to 14 business days unless you tell us you have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of artists who repeatedly post work that is not theirs.
